Research posts are provided for general information. They describe our own methods and results at the time of publication, may include estimates, and may change. They are not professional, engineering, financial, or investment advice. Access to any Metal America dataset requires a separate written license agreement, which controls over these Terms.

When you send us information through a form or email, you confirm it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Ideas, feedback, or suggestions you send may be used by us without obligation to you. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Notice.

15. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site.
